🔁 ChotuTees Return & Exchange Policy

SALE items will only be EXCHANGED NOT REFUNDED.

Products must be in original condition, unused, and with all tags and labels intact to qualify for exchange.

The customer (consignee) is responsible for courier charges in case of exchange.

📝 To request an exchange, please:

  • Pack your item securely.
  • On a sheet of paper, write:
    • Order Name
    • Order Number
    • Contact Number
  • Send the parcel via any courier service to:

 

💸 Refund Policy (if applicable)

If a refund is approved, we will transfer the agreed amount to your provided bank account within 24–48 hours after receiving and inspecting your return.
